A corner building on a crossroad in Varna city center. Planned and realized as an office building for the requirements of Planex holding, besides its common functions the building demonstrates the ambitions of the holding. The facades are solved with durable materials: decorative bricks, curtain walls, copper sheet cladding. The building is awarded with ”Golden plummet” and was nominated for building of the year 2002 in the category of public buildings.
