The purpose of PUP-PRZ on the territory of “Euxinograd Palace and the adjoining park” is to create basis (within Spatial Planning Law) for long term sustainable spatial development of urban areas and the territories beyond, coupled with the existing planning documents envisaging the complex socio-economic development and spatial planning of Varna

PUP-PRZ contributes to:
– Diversification of tourism through the development and strengthening of cultural tourism;
– Promoting the off-season offers in the region;
– The protection of natural and cultural heritage in the context of sustainable development of the territory.
