The building is a solid mass directed towards a panoramic view on the south. The main entrance parallel with eight garages are accessible directly fro the street. In the north part are the staircase and elevator. In the eastern part of the plot is arranged a yard with parking spaces. The building consists of two room apartments with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, balcony and a bathroom with space for washing machine. On the last floor form the South, are planned four compact loft apartments and from two attic rooms. The main goal of this compact housing structure is the establishment of a comfortable environment connected with the view towards the sea.
