This building comprises six blocks surrounding an internal park visible from the streets through vertical openings between the blocks. There are four storey of apartments with commercial and office activities at ground-floor and first level.

The beautiful nature and the surrounding buildings create inspiring frame for the complex. The composition of six interactive volumes with different heights and designed flexible spaces is consistent with the scale and rhythm of the city. Situated along the main street of the city, the new complex is designed as a natural extension of the center with a wide pedestrian area at “Osovobozhdenie” Str., filled with offices and shops, and designed as a quiet park from the inner living space.

The collective residential housing in the quiet south part of the complex own individual gardens, wooden terrace, a series of glazed screens and parking spaces. The housing opened to the landscape behind Osovobozhdenie Str. are insulated from the contact with the office and shopping areas. The whole at a domestic scale evoke the image of a human community with common values.

Even though the city of Devin does not have as many architectural monuments as other cities, it has its own unique look. This unique appearance of the city – result of the beautiful nature creates a pleasant background for the housing which inspires balance and calmness. Five fundamental points orientated the conception of the project: environmental quality, comfort, architectural and urban quality, the treatment of the external spaces, and the modernity of the architecture.
