After more than  year and a half we finished the project for the restoration of the building of Cultural center Maritime casino in Burgas.

Feverish preparations are going on at the Maritime Casino, four days before its official inauguration on Saturday /26th of March/. Technical and organizational teams work hard to for the representation of the historic opening of the casino as it was in the year 1938.

For this purpose, the surroundings of the most symbolic building of the seaside town will recreate the atmosphere of retro romantic life of Burgas from the late 30’s of the last century. On 26 and 27 of March /Saturday and Sunday/ citizens of Burgas will go back in time and feel the spirit and the emotions, that their ancestors experienced 73 years ago. Retro Cafe, Retro Photo, Exhibition of retro cars, Retro hairstyles and makeup, classical, brass and folk music, and old city songs will further contribute to the romantic atmosphere of the 30s.

Two days will continue the events, dedicated on the inauguration. The organizers aim at turning the Maritime casino into common city celebrations. During the two days there will be various concerts, theatre plays, dance performances, workshops, so that all guests and citizens of Burgas find something for themselves there.

The event will start on Saturday at 10.40 with a holy service and ceremonial unlocking of the pride of Burgas – the Maritime casino.
