Building 2 consists of four blocks built in different periods, with different floors, techniques and functions around a rectangular courtyard. The individual blocks are linked together. The complex consists of lecture halls, teaching rooms and offices. Section (the south) has four section B (East) has a single storey and section C (the north) has three. In 2010, next to section C was built a new part. The lecture rooms are facing south and are served by a corridor along the entire length of the building. After the renovation process the energy efficiency capacity of the building has dramatically improved.

Accessible environment:

The hall is accessible through the monumental exterior staircase, which is not consistent with engine capacity of people with disabilities. It is therefore necessary to add a building on the north for a passenger lift. This lift overcomes the difference in level between the courtyard and the reception lobby and provides access to each level of section A. The bathrooms on each floor of section A are adapted to serve people with disabilities. There are two ramps overcoming differences in levels.

Energy efficiency measures:

Measures for improving energy efficiency in buildings, complying with the “Energy Efficiency Act” and “Regulation 7 for heat energy efficiency and energy savings in buildings” are followed.  We used rock wool insulation and sheathing with Etalbond of all external walls. All existing lighting fixtures are replaced for better energy efficiency and light quality.
