The picturesque terrain in the central part of Avren is formed as two terraces with beautiful views. Seven individual houses for seasonal use, are situated in two groups on the terrain – four houses on the higher level and three on the lower terrace. The model house is very simple, on the first floor, are placed the common spaces and three bedrooms on the second private level. The access to the mini complex is consistent with the steep terrain and is possible from the interim site and the first floor. The seven houses in the mini complex, are designed to the individual needs and demands of the occupants.
