The condition of the existing building has been examined. This massive two story, reinforced concrete building is designed for two groups of 20 children. The daycare rooms are small and the project provides the use of the current balcony for their expansion with 6 m2 towards the South. The roof structure is in good condition. All the technical installations, floor and wall finishes will be renewed. The outdoor recreational spaces will be redeveloped. All wooden and metal doors, and window profiles will be replaced with new PVC and AL profiles. A ramp for people with disabilities is placed for access to the building. The outdoor area is divided for the use of the two groups of children, with extra consideration to the preservation of the surrounding garden.

Да си призная доста ме впечатли масивната двуетажна стоманобетонова конструкция , която е проектирана за две яслени групи по 20 деца, разположени на първи и втори етаж както и вие добре ни описвате и обяснявате.Всичко изглежда красиво и удобно за децата, което е най важното в случая.Хубаво е да има такива проекти за градини и ясли, понеже виждаме как всяка година колко много деца остават без места на които родителите да ги дадът докато те работят за храната вкъщи.
